My passion for being a product designer came from my past experiences. When I moved to the US in 8th grade, I spent a lot of time adapting to the culture and environment in the States. It was a big challenge for me then, but I also became interested in learning about human behavior and how our mind works.
I studied psychology for my bachelor's of science degree, and I also had a strong interest in tech so I completed an informatics minor.
When taking a class in Human-Centered Design, I found myself drawn to the design process and realized that my psychology background allows me to empathize with my user and creates an experience that matches their mental models.
